Suited — personal color analysis & outfit recommendations
Effective date: August 24, 2026
Suited is built to keep as much of your data as possible on your device. This page explains
what leaves your device, why, and how to delete it.
No accounts
Suited has no sign-up and no user accounts. If you subscribe, our server identifies you only
by a pseudonymous Apple subscription transaction identifier. We never receive your name, email
address, Apple ID, or payment details — purchases are handled entirely by Apple.
What stays on your device
- Your wardrobe photos and item details
- Saved outfits, favorites, and wear history
- Your style preferences and settings
This data lives only on your iPhone and is included in your normal device backups.
What is sent to our server, and why
- Photos you submit for analysis — a selfie for color analysis, garment
photos for wardrobe enhancement, and small wardrobe thumbnails for packing suggestions.
These are processed to deliver the feature and are not stored on our servers;
only the structured results (e.g. your color season, palette, item attributes) are kept.
- Your color analysis result and style profile — kept so your results
survive an app reinstall, linked only to the pseudonymous subscription identifier.
- Feature usage records — e.g. how many analyses you have used this
month, so we can enforce your plan's quota.
Usage analytics
Suited records basic product-interaction events — which screens you open, whether you
completed onboarding, and which features you use — to understand how the app is used and
improve it. These events are recorded against a random identifier generated on your device;
they are not linked to your Apple ID, your subscription, or any account, and
they never include your photos, your palette results, or any personal detail. Analytics are
processed on our own self-hosted instance, not by an advertising network. We do not track you
across other apps or websites.
Third-party processing
- AI processing: photos and wardrobe details you submit are processed by
large-language-model providers (via OpenRouter, routing to providers such as Google) solely to
generate your analysis and recommendations. They are transmitted securely and are not used by
us for advertising or profiling.
- Hosting: our servers are located in Germany (European Union).
- Weather: the daily outfit suggestion uses your device's location with
Apple WeatherKit to fetch local weather. This happens on your device — your location is
never sent to our servers. Weather data is provided by Weather
(other data sources).
- Diagnostics: crash and error reports (without your photos) may be
processed via Sentry to keep the service reliable.
We do not sell your data, show ads, or track you across other apps and websites.
Data retention & deletion
Server-side data is kept while you use Suited. You can delete it at any time:
- In the app: Settings → Clear All Data deletes your local data and instructs our
server to permanently delete everything linked to your subscription identifier.
- By email: contact us at team@reamber.com and we
will delete your server-side data.
Children
Suited is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and the effective date above.
